I’VE never had a “tasting menu” before. What can I expect?
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into our beautiful open kitchen, where the magic happens right in front of you. Our guests are seated around the action, creating an intimate and engaging experience. As you take your seat, our team is ready to serve, setting the tone for a relaxed and welcoming evening.
The experience begins with a parade of small bites, designed to be eaten with your fingers and shared among your party—perfect for sparking conversation and setting a casual, fun atmosphere.
As the chefs prepare each course right before your eyes, you’ll see the focus and precision that goes into plating these beautiful dishes. We encourage guests to ask questions, whether about the ingredients, techniques, or the inspirations behind the dishes. It’s all part of the experience, and we love engaging with our diners.
Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy several savory dishes, followed by either a cheese course and dessert or two sweet courses to finish the night. The meal concludes on a high note with petit fours—bite-sized treats—served by the chef, who gathers the team to thank you for dining with us.
It’s an evening full of surprises, interaction, and, of course, incredible food!
Can you accommodate food restrictions and allergies?
When you book, you'll have the opportunity to share any allergies or preferences. While we do our best to prepare meals accordingly, please note that our kitchen may contain traces of allergens. If you have severe allergies, we recommend discussing your specific needs with our chef prior to your booking.
Do you serve alcohol or beverages?
No, but we do not serve alcohol; we are BYOB. We are happy to provide wine pairing recommendations for your meal.
Do you accept walk-ins?
At this time, we do not accept walk-ins. All reservations can be made here.
Do you do private party reservations?
Yes! Our private dining experience is available for reservation and can accommodate 8-10 guests.
Do you require a deposit at time of reservation?
Reservations must be paid in full at time of booking to ensure necessary food purchase and prep time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations can be canceled in full up to 7 days before your reservation. At the 7-day mark, we can only refund 50% of your total due to the ingredient purchase and food prep already underway.
However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your reservation.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! If you would like to order a gift certificate, please email us at halffculinaire@gmail.com where we can process payment and issue you a digital certificate.
